I brought my tundra in for an oil change and my service advisor was Josue Felipe. The oil change and everything went great and he even gave me a discount since it was my first time at this Toyota. During the oil change they found my water pump leaking which they change out quick and cheap. Josue helped guide me through the whole process and definitely made it very easy for me to get work done on my truck without it being a big hassle. Definitely would recommend coming to this Toyota and if you can try to ask for Josue Felipe (service advisor).
