The only reason I am not leaving five stars is because of the checkout process. Bob Martin was polite and efficient, the Lyft home was appreciated, and the service on the car was done as expected. My only complaint was that I arrived at the end of the day hoping to get my car and meet my family for dinner, however it took so long to “process paperwork” that I felt like TOYOTA was refinancing my car. If the service bays had been filled with people, I might have expected some delay, but I was the only one of three people checking out.
