I’m really pleased with my first experience working with Toyota Escondido. The service was wonderful. From the guy who directs you at the entrance to Kyle in service department who was extremely helpful, efficient and welcoming to the car rental experience. A+!!Big shout out to Kyle for going above and beyond to make useful recommendations.

While performing 15000 mile service, I noticed that the front struts were leaking oil. 2019 Sienna. So I called for warranty. Dealer wanted to inspect first, so took it in for 8 am appointment. Technician verified my observation. Service guy contacted manufacturer for authorization to repair under warranty. Had to leave the van overnight waiting for replacement parts. Got a rental car and waited to hear. Next day service guy called and said van was fixed. Asked if alignment was checked. Service guy said yes. Turned in the rental and drove the van home. Pretty painless. Repair zero $. Rental car zero $.

Made an appointment prior to the week of service, let me tell you it went swift with no issues, the service employee explained throughly what was being done and what needed attention in the next visit. In total I was in the wait rm for about 1hr.
