I want to take this time to let you know that when my wife and I came to your deaership on August 19, 2011, we were greeted by Casey Johnson and he helped answer our questions about the 2011 Prius that we were interested in.

Earlier in the week my wife called and spoke with Casey on the phone. She had a number of questions about styles, colors and models.He was easy to talk to, easy to understand, and Nanette told me later that she was very happy that she was able to get an appointment with him that Friday evening.

Casey was friendly and courteous. He was very patient in clarifying additional questions that Nanette and I posed, trying to figure out whether the Prius was the right car for us. He was knowledeable about many of the fine-points about the Prius. With his help, we decided to purchase a car that we believe will be very economical.

So Nanette and I want to thank Casey, Andrew, and you Damian, for helping us in the purchase of our new car. We look forward to many years of pleasure in this vehicle , and should we have any questions, we know that your staff will be there to help.

Dear Mr. Whitehead,

Not too long ago, we leased a new van from the Escondido Toyota dealership. It has many nice features that we were unable to take advantage of. We called and asked for advice. Cory Fontyn took time to come by our home in Carlsbad to help out. He is an outstanding young man, very pleasant and helpful. He actually came out a second time to help us.
